What to Bring During Your Charter
Capt. Kerry will provide a cooler full of ice, fishing licenses, and all the necessary U.S. Coast Guard equipment needed for a full day on the water. He also has plenty of nice rods and reels. Our South Florida sun can be brutal – even in the winter – so don’t forget your sun block, hat, and maybe even a long-sleeved shirt.
When Capt. Kerry takes you sight fishing, you need to be able to see the fish; polarizing sunglasses are recommended. Comfortable shoes should be worn, but please don’t wear black-soled shoes that will mark the deck of the boat. Capt. Kerry provides bottled water, but he never knows what else his customers like to eat or drink, so please bring you own drinks and snacks.
As do all of his associates, Capt. Kerry promotes catch-and-release fishing, so bring your camera to capture that exciting moment!
